Gora Leadership was founded by Olga Coscodan — an organizational consultant, executive coach, and trainer in leadership skills and team development, with over 1000 hours of experience in facilitation and coaching in international companies. She specializes in regenerative leadership and in cultural and sustainable transformation processes, developing change strategies that help organizations improve their culture, productivity, and performance.
She has a solid academic background: a double degree in Economics and Business Administration and Management, a Master's in Economic Sciences, a Master's in International Relations, and postgraduate studies in NeuroLeadership and Liberal Arts. Additionally, she has over 15 years of experience in executive positions in communication and human resources.
She is an executive coach (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach™) and a team coach (Systemic Team Coach), certified in Leadership Circle Profile® (LCP) and in communication and team development models such as Bridge®, Sikkhona®, and TeamConnect 360.
Olga collaborates with a network of exceptional experts who share her belief in a new type of leadership: courageous, regenerative, and deeply human.
